Kripalu practices “following the flow” of prana, compassionate self-acceptance, observing the mind without placing judgement, and allowing the inner teachings to transfer into daily life.

How to practice:

Kripalu Yoga involves inner focus, meditation, standard yoga poses, breathwork, relaxation and an emphasis on developing a quiet mind.
