- Once collected and received the parcel back to our atelier we will proceed with the refund of the amount of the order.
- The refund will be issued on the same bank account and to the same payment method originally used when the order was placed.
After 14 calendar days of receipt, we still allow you to exchange the product received within 30 more calendar days.
