- Ship your map to our atelier thanks to the return label we will send you as soon as we receive your order.
- Once received the map, we will assemble the frame in the shortest possible time.
- We will ship it back to you with a brand new frame.
* In the case of Woody Map L or XL, you can buy the frame directly here, and we will send it to you so that you can assemble it yourself.
* This frame is not intended for other products. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the outcome if you want to frame a product other than the cork map.

Once collected and received the parcel back to our atelier we will proceed with the refund of the amount of the order.
The refund will be issued on the same bank account and to the same payment method originally used when the order was placed.
After 14 calendar days of receipt, we still allow you to exchange the product received within 30 more calendar days.

Abbiamo acquistato prima la mappa senza cornice, ma essendo più fina di quello che pensavo, non ci piaceva molto l’effetto. Abbiamo deciso così di ordinare anche la cornice, nel frattempo avevamo rovinato per errore la nostra mappa e quando l’abbiamo rispedita per aggiungere la cornice, ce l’hanno sostituita con una nuova, gratuitamente! Sono stati gentilissimi e molto professionali! Ora il risultato con cornice e piccole polaroid personalizzate è perfetto! ❤️ Ricompreremo sicuramente su questo sito!

J'ai acheté une carte en liège un an auparavant sur misswood et j'ai voulu ajouter un cadre.
