Easy, Quick and Free Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 calendar days of receipt. In order to do so, you will just need to fill up the following form providing us with the details necessary to locate the product.

• Once collected and received the parcel back to our atelier we will proceed with the refund of the amount of the order.
• The refund will be issued on the same bank account and to the same payment method originally used when the order was placed.

After 14 calendar days of receipt, we still allow you to exchange the product received within 30 more calendar days. The procedure is as follows:

• Email dontworry@misswood.es indicating your order number and the item(s) you want to exchange.
• We will send you a return label to ship the product(s) back to our atelier
• Once we receive the package, you will get a voucher equivalent to the total amount of the returned products, excluding shipping costs.
• Spain Peninsula: 7€
• Spain Islands: 10€
• Europe: 12€
• With your voucher, you can place a new order purchasing the item you like best. If you have some credit left, you can use it for another order.

It is not possible to returns or exchange any item after 45 calendar days from receipt.
